With 211 billion $ in assets and over 100,000 employees- ICICI is one of India’s largest private banks. Managing a growing workforce at this scale is incredibly complex and cumbersome. For this ICICI has been developing a Next Gen AI powered Human resource portal that spans each stage of the HR life cycle from Recruitment, Onboarding all the way through Development, Retention and finally Separation.

I was commissioned to create a series of videos to introduce and explain the various features of the portal starting with ICICI’s latest most advanced Semantic testing & Evaluation Platform- STEP
